HRnetGroup, World Class Global
Dear readers, have you subscribed to HRNETGROUP and WORLD CLASS GLOBAL IPO? Congratulations to you if you have subscribed and if you will get the IPO shares. For myself, I did not subscribe to both IPOs though I had done so for Sanli IPO. Why is that so? Well, it all has to do with fundamentals.
I did not subscribe to World Class Global IPO as Aspial which decoupled the subsidiary from its company has a high debt-to-equity ratio and though World Class Global and Aspial are separate listed entities, I somehow did not quite like the above fact.

As for HRNETGROUP, after looking at the IPO write-ups, I cannot understand how the company derives its earnings and income from via the sentences featured in the write-up. I remember Warren Buffet and other investing gurus saying that the business statement or how a business is defined should be easily put into a few statements or so and even with that, the business model is clear to all. The business model of HRNETGROUP is not really apparent from the IPO articles unlike for Sanli, another recent IPO debutant where the business model write-up is much clearer.
